Town of Sullivan DWI Arrest

(Sullivan, NY – October 24, 2009) – Sullivan-based state police arrested Andrew P. Aylward, age 24, of Minuteman Lane, Liverpool, N.Y. for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 31 in the Town of Sullivan approximately 2:40 a.m. Saturday morning.  Aylward was processed at the SP Sullivan barracks and his blood alcohol level was determined to be .16%.  Aylward was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Sullivan Court on November 17, 2009.
