Youth arrested for possessing stolen snowboard

On January 16th, 2010, the State Police in Lee Center arrested James L. Brockhum, age 18, and Dylan A. DeCuffa, age 16, both from Oneida NY, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. The arrest was made at the Woods Valley Ski Resort, when both defendants were found to be in possession of a snowboard that was reported stolen a few weeks prior.

Both defendants were given appearance tickets returnable in the Town of Western Court on 01-25-10 at 7:00 PM.
