(Oneida – Dec. 12, 2009) Jagermeister-sponsored, Fritz’s Polka Band from Vernon will perform again at WMCR’s “Share A Caring Christmas” on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. This annual holiday event is being held at Nye Ford, Genesee Street in Oneida.
“My band has been part of this great charitable event for many years now,” said Fritz Scherz, band leader of FPB. “Carol Neveu of WMCR and her colleagues that help with this event do a tremendous job coordinating everything. We’re always honored to be part of a great family oriented event like this. The guys in FPB encourage adults and children to attend, and to bring a gift or two that can be distributed to some of the needy families.”
