The Oneida Healthcare Center Auxiliary has announced a new production company and director for the October fund raising Follies. Christopher Alan Productions, founded in Cincinnati in 1984, has become the premier producer of amateur revue fundraisers in cities across the country.
The company specializes in producing highly entertaining music and comedy revues using local volunteer performers and crews. Christopher Fettig is the Producer and Director, and Danielle Fettig is the choreographer for the company.
Christopher’s credits include work on four major motion pictures; professional stage work in Cincinnati for Kings Productions; singing with the Oak Ridge Boys and as a ship entertainment manager for the Carnival and Princess Cruise Lines. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a BFA in theater, music and psychology. He also attended the conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati.
Danielle Fettig is a graduate of Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Political Science. She completed eight years of opera training as well as fifteen years of dance instruction. She is a former musical theater and dance instructor and has performed in dozens of regional productions. Danielle was also formerly a CBS Television News anchor in Erie, Pennsylvania.
The Fettigs will arrive in Oneida for the Director’s Party on Monday, October 5, 2009. There will be a need for soloists, musicians, choir members, comedians and dancers, as well as ‘behind the scenes’ committee members. Rehearsals will be held for three weeks in preparation for the show dates of October 22nd through the 24th. George and Elaine Clark, chairmen of the Follies Committee, announced that all proceeds will benefit the Hospital’s Capital Campaign and specifically the renovations to the Emergency Room.
This year’s Follies will be the twelfth show that the Oneida Healthcare Center’s Auxiliary has organized. For more information or to purchase tickets, please call Jackie Keller at 315-361-2049.
