MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – The Morrisville State College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (S.A.A.C.) took part in the annual community leaf rake project designed by the college’s student-athletes on Sunday, November 1.
Participating student-athletes from the women’s basketball, men’s basketball, women’s soccer, softball and women’s lacrosse teams took time to perform an “Eaton Street Sweep”, assisting elderly members of the Morrisville State community with yard clean up of falling leaves and debris.
As part of a continuing community service program within the athletic department, student-athletes are involved in a variety of service programs, benefiting the campus and surrounding communities.
