SARANAC LAKE, N.Y. – Junior Bryan Eddy (Brooklyn, NY) netted a team high 18 points to lead the Morrisville State College men’s basketball team to their first win of the season over host Paul Smith’s College Saturday afternoon in Saranac Lake.
Eddy hit 8-of-12 shots from the floor and pulled down 11 total rebounds while Kyle Gordon (Riverhead, NY), Hodges Sneed (Syracuse, NY) and Larry Bowers (Inwood, NY) each added 11.
Morrisville State led 36-24 at the half before Paul Smith’s staged a second half comeback with a 49 point half effort.
Morrisville State (1-4) returns to the court Wednesday, traveling to Keuka College for an 8 p.m. tip-off.
