’Stota Man Charged with Driving Snowmobile While Intoxicated

Feb. 15

Quincy A. Millington, 42, of Madison, was charged with failing to appear in court after being served a summons.

Michael J. Behr, Jr., 23, of Oxford, was charged with failing to appear in court after being served a summons.

Feb. 18

Amanda K. Spellman, 26, of Wampsville, was charged with second-degree harassment (physical contact).

Craig B. Kaufman, 32, of Wampsville, was charged with second-degree harassment (physical contact).

Randal L. Woodworth, 44, of Canastota, was charged with an unspecified violation of the Family Court Act.

Willie J. Rhines, 40, of Syracuse, was charged with sex offender failing to report a change of address or status within 10 days (first offense).
