The rapid changes we are seeing in technology, mainly digital content, downloads, and online competition.

What would you most like the public to know about the product or service you provide that they may not already know?

We are an independent bookstore; the largest downtown independent bookstore in Central New York.

What are your plans for the business for the next year?

To work within the economic limitations all businesses are facing and service our customers.

What are your plans for the business for the next five years?

To continue to work with the community and local merchants. To assist in educating customers on the true benefits of shopping local and the long-term effects this has on their community.
