Cazenovia, NY – Two new links have been added to the CACDA website at www.cacda.net. The links offer opportunities for residents and organizations in the community.
The Gifford Foundation has recently developed a website for nonprofit, business, and individual exchanges of goods, services and resources. ‘Giffordslist’ promotes information sharing and material trading, and works well with CACDA’s Green Community Initiative. CACDA was involved in the beta testing of this site, which is a valuable tool for maximizing available resources.
Parks and Trails New York offers a new ‘Trail Finder’ for those interested in taking advantage of local outdoor opportunities. “TrailFinder offers a one-stop interactive gateway to 110 greenways, rail trails, canal trails, bikeways, and riverwalks located in every region” of New York, based on their webpage.
Visit www.cacda.net and select ‘Links’ to access these exciting new sites.
CACDA enhances economic vitality and preserves the rural, historic character of our region through education, consensus-building and project implementation.
Individuals and corporations can support CACDA’s programs through contributions and volunteer efforts. For more information, please call Barbara Henderson, Executive Director, at 655-7651 or e-mail director@cacda.net.
