Support Group for Parents of Students with Special Needs Forms

(Hamilton, NY) A new start for a Hamilton area support group for parents of children with special needs and you are welcome. A meeting will be held on Saturday, November 14, from 11:15 AM-12:15 PM in the parish hall of St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church at 12 ½ Madison Street, Hamilton (half a block from the Colgate Inn). Child care will be provided by experienced, calm adults.

The agenda for the first meeting will include brainstorming the needs and resources for future meetings and discussion about advocating for your child in the school system, facilitated by Nancy Heck, teacher and parent.
