(Hamilton) Dr. Young’s offices will be located in the Hamilton Family Health Center building adjacent to the hospital in Hamilton. In addition to seeing a full range of patients, she will serve as the director of the Hamilton Neurology Center. She is Board-certified in Clinical Neurophysiology and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Yalamanchili is now seeing patients at the Morrisville Family Health Center. In addition to practicing general internal medicine, he is highly trained in infectious diseases. He is Board-certified in Internal Medicine with Boards pending in Infectious Disease.
“Dr. Eufrosina Young and Dr. Rajeev Yalamanchili are important additions to the Community Memorial Medical Staff,” said Hospital President and CEO David W. Felton. “Dr. Young will compliment orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, family medicine and other disciplines. In addition to her outstanding educational and professional background, Dr. Young is a kind and thoughtful physician whom we warmly welcome.”
Specializing in neurophysiology, electrophysiology (the study of the electrical properties of biological cells, nerve conditions, peripheral nerve disorder and the diagnosis and treatment of epileptics and multiple sclerosis, Dr. Young believes she is a good compliment to doctors Community Memorial already has now.

“Dr. Yalamanchili is board certified in internal medicine and infectious and has just completed a fellowship in infectious disease at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse.
“Adding a physician of Dr. Yalamanchili’s caliber, both professional and personal, is great for our communities. As an internist, he is providing an important adulty primary care. His expertise in infectious diseases – he is the first and only such specialist in Chenango and Madison Counties — is particularly timely given the heightened awareness of H1N1 flu,” said Felton.
