Hamilton, N.Y. – The annual Children’s Halloween Party will be held at the Colgate Bookstore on Friday, October 30 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Class of 2003 Events Room (third floor) at 3 Utica Street. A costume parade through the store will begin promptly at 4 p.m. and costume prizes awarded at 4:15 p.m. The event is free, but advance sign-up is encouraged at www.colgatebookstore.com/halloween.
This year’s children’s Halloween party will feature:
· Balloon artist Mike Lawler creating ghoulishly good balloon hats, accessories, and more.
· A petrifying pizza snack
· A costume competition for children ages 2-10 (prizes in multiple categories)
· Pumpkin painting
· Silly Halloween stories
· A musical pumpkins game and dancing
· A goody bag and party favors to take home
Children may stop by at any time between 3 and 5 pm, as their family’s schedule permits.
