(Cazenovia, NY) Climate change and the new energy economy will be the topic this Friday, October 9, as the Cazenovia Forum hosts Dan Reicher, a Google executive who was a leading contender to become U.S. Secretary of Energy earlier this year.

The event, scheduled for 7:00pm at the Catherine Cummings Theatre, 9 Lincklaen Street in Cazenovia, is free and no reservations or tickets are required.

Dan Reicher is one of the nation’s top policy experts in energy and the environment.  He is a former Assistant U.S. Secretary of Energy who is currently the Director of Climate Change and Energy Initiatives for the venture Google.org, which was capitalized with more than $1 billion of Google stock to make investments and advance policy in the areas of climate change and energy, global development, and global health.
