CAZENOVIA, NY – Cazenovia Village Baptist Church plays host to “College Night” every Friday at 7:30 p.m. throughout the fall and spring semesters at Cazenovia College. Located next to Hubbard Hall on the Cazenovia College campus, the church provides a warm and friendly setting for local college students to gather for a variety of weekly activities.
Games and possibly ice cream are planned for the first gathering of the 2009-2010 school year, Friday, Sept. 25 at 7:30 p.m. Previous events have also included movies, plays, pizza and wings.
Activities are planned in conjunction with the Cazenovia College chapter of Campus Crusade for Christ but are open to anyone who wants to attend, regardless of age or school affiliation. In addition to those from Cazenovia College, students from Morrisville, SUNY Cortland, and Syracuse University, as well as home school students, have participated in or supervised previous activities.
Since the Cazenovia Village Baptist Church is within walking distance of the Cazenovia College dorms, many students also appreciate the opportunity to participate in other church activities and interact with its member families. Sunday worship service is at 10:30 a.m. For more information, contact Pastor Richard Dickinson at 474-3009 or rkampfe@gmail.com.

I have been accepted by CAZ College for the Fall semester, 2010. If my financial aid comes through, I hope to be a freshman there next school year! I am from Fairport, NY and was born into an Oklahoma Baptist family and moved to Fairport in 2003 and have been a member of Fairport UMC since then. Sounds like you have just what I need at CVBC, because I never miss a Sunday morning service! I am glad to find this website with this article! Thanks, Melanie Marsters
