(Canastota – Nov. 28, 2009) There was a slight chill in the air but there was cocoa and cookies, music and a horse-drawn carriage ride to keep people occupied as they awaited the annual tree lighting ceremony and the arrival of Santa.
Mackenzi Stevens flipped the switch this year with a little help from her dad, Zack and Mayor Todd Rouse.
