Charlene Osborne, 47, of Morrisville, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle.

Jan. 6

Lisa Reeves, 46, of Fenner, was charged with second-degree harassment.

Charles Arnold, 54, of Delphi Falls, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd, operating with suspended registration, uninspected motor vehicle and operating without insurance.

Jan. 8

Jennifer Akins, 28, of Georgetown, was charged with petit larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and sixth-degree conspiracy.

Jeffrey Bird, 33, of Georgetown, was charged with petit larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and sixth-degree conspiracy.

Andrew Stein, 24, of Oswego, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a window tint violation.

Shannon Dailey, 29, of West Eaton, was charged with operating with a suspended registration.

Aaron Shoemaker, 24, of New Woodstock, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate lights.

Jan. 15

Richard Young, 29, of Cazenovia, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator and inadequate lights.

Jan. 17

Alan Nordman, 34, of Morrisville, was charged with operating with a suspended registration.
