(Canastota, NY – July 2011) The Village of Canastota Recreation Commission is proud to present its 2011 Summer Concert Series line-up. Concerts are held on Thursday evenings beginning July 7 through Aug. 25 at the International Boxing Hall of Fame Amphitheater.
All concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. and conclude at 8:30 p.m. Rain dates are noted below.

July 7th: Thunder Canyon
One of New York State’s finest country bands. “New country” sound as well as the “old country” sound that defines country music. Rain Date: Tuesday, July 12th
July 14th: Rick Kimball & Lisa Murphy
Come listen to the music of the 70′s, 80′s and many other songs you’ll remember. Rain Date: Tuesday, July 19th
July 21st: East Shore All-Stars
Classic Rock band performing music by the Beatles, Tom Petty, Creedence and many others. Performing for over 20 years and a local favorite. Rain Date: Tuesday, July 26th
July 28th: Smoking Loons
Come enjoy this cover band performing Classic Rock, Blues, and Roots Rock. Popular tunes include selections from Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Allman Brothers, Grateful Dead, Van Morrison and many others. Rain Date: Tuesday, August 2nd
August 4th: Fritz’s Polka Band
Fritz’s Polka Band is an electic mixture of multi-cultural polka styles, combined with country, waltz, fox-trot, square dance, and contemporary. Rain Date: Tuesday, August 9th
August 11th: Old Clay Stone
Featuring a little something for everyone, providing a variety of music and artists. Enjoygreat vocals accompanied by the toe tapping sounds of the guitar, banjo, mandolin, standup bass, and harmonica. Rain Date: Tuesday, August 16th
August 18th: Joe Angerosa
