(Madison County) Members of Madison County’s Trout Unlimited Chapter 680 recently helped replenish fish populations in local creeks and streams, part of the conservation organization’s primary goals.

“In addition to our helping the state Department of Environmental Conservation in stocking approximately 15,500 1- and 2-year-old brown trout in Chittenango Creek, Madison County Trout Unlimited Chapter 680 members also helped stock thousands of brown trout in Canaseraga Creek, Canastota Creek, Cowaselon Creek, Old Chenango Canal and Payne Brook, all good Madison County trout streams,” said TU680 volunteer publicist Bob Semian.
